His tenure was marked by strategic planning, systems modernization, and the development of strong government and community partnerships.

Mike’s earlier career includes leadership roles at the Oregon Food Bank, where he managed multimillion‑dollar donor portfolios and drove record fundraising outcomes; Social Solutions Global, where he expanded nonprofit SaaS adoption; and IBM, where he earned top performance awards for consultative sales and client strategy. Across every role, he has been recognized for his ability to stabilize operations, build high‑trust teams, and align people and processes around long‑term goals.

Today, through Stussi Davis Enterprises, Mike brings that same disciplined, people‑centered approach to acquiring and elevating established businesses. His philosophy is rooted in responsible ownership, modernization, and sustainable growth—ensuring that the companies he stewards continue to thrive for years to come.
